Very good and friendly staff. Clean environment. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it I had stayed at the premises before, when it was operating under a different name. I appreciate the service of the staff. The friendly receptionist insisted on packing my breakfast for me as I was departing early and didn't have time to sit for breakfast.

No kettle and tea provisions in the room. I always look forward to a hot cup of tea before getting into bed, especially after late arrival from travel.

Everything about the place. The staff were courteous especially the two ladies Diana and the other one at the reception.

1some of the waiters kept getting my orders on wine and food all wrong and I was forced to pay for the wrong Wine. Perhaps orient them on the drinks and that the customer is always right.

The hotel's location is brilliant, not far from the airport. The pick-up service/hotel shuttle was also excellent, so was the size of the room. The hotel was equally understanding and served breakfast early at the room as I had an early morning check in.

The room I was assigned was right next to the reception and on the ground floor. There was too much noise late into the night from both the reception's TV, movement of people and from the parking area. The bathroom is quite nice, though the hotel should consider adding a shower curtain as a simple shower leaves the toilet splattered with water all over. The first time I saw a urinal inside a hotel's room.

I always take hot water,so I had requested from day one that they should always boil the water for me and put it in my thermos,this one night I forgot to give them the flask before stepping out,but coming back they had already taken the flask from my room and boiled the water and placed it back to my room. That was very good of them. I actually spent 7 nights here and I loved their hospitality. Also I would call them all the time I stepped out so that they could explain to the Motari guys where I was going since most of them could only speak Kinyarwanda.

The noise but basically is because I'm a lighter sleeper. The day I got there I had requested for an early check-in which they gladly accepted The room I was given was close to the laundry and even before I could request to be transferred, the manager came and told me he was going to transfer me. That was very impressive. So other than the noise, which is also because it's close to everything and I don't think anything much can be done, everything else was very good.
