Nice and cozy. Reasonable pricing. Blinds could have covered windows better and was charged an $8 processing fee for the $200 deposit. Deposit is high even though refundable, and an $8 fee to process it when it should just be a hold is a bit much.

Got there to check in and was told I would have to pay a $200 deposit. I had paid $135 for the room but didn't have another $200 so I cancelled. Now I'm trying to get a refund.

Clean.

It’s been four days since we stayed there and we still haven’t received a refund of our deposit. $200 US. I am paying interest on this on my credit card. Their system obviously doesn’t work. Beware.

This property is super clean, just like how it is in the picture the gentleman who helped us so wonderful. I was very nervous because I’ve never been around this area before, but it was beautiful great stay. SUPER CLEAN, I visit hotels a lot but this was top of the line when it came to cleanliness.

Absolutely spotlessly clean and seemed very recently refurbished. Very comfortable beds, ample space, parking right outside room. Plenty towels and friendly staff.

Didn’t get a chance to stay they wouldn’t answer the door so I had to sleep in my jeep with one of my workers. I booked the room around 8:30 pm loaded up my jeep for work and made my way to Rochester from East Nassau NY 4 hours (away) not realizing check in at there motel says 6pm I booked the room after check in time they had no problem taking my money for the room but didn’t answer the door when we arrived at 1:50 am. When I asked for a refund or a room on another night I was denied both. They said they wouldn’t go against there policy so not only did I have sleep in my car but I had to pay these people for absolutely nothing. I would love to hear what they have to say. Because online it says check in is until 6 and when they messaged me back about a refund they said 10 so not quite sure when check in time is at this motel but one thing I do know is it’s anytime before you arrive so they can keep your money!!

The place doesn't look great from the outside; however, we were pleasantly surprised once we stepped into our room. The room was clean, comfortable, and the value was great

sprucing up the property. It might be hard to do, but the outside doesn't look anything like the inside of our room.
