Little Inn on Main

Location near the river waterfront . The proximity to stores and restaurants . Easy electronic entry .

We were in the Pamlico room and the outside door from the street was very loud . It slammed when others came it and shook the whole room and startled us awake . There was a sign on it to close it softly so I imagine we were the first disturbed by it . We even forgot a few times coming and going to close it softly so can't expect everyone to remember . It could be remedied by a simple door closer. There wasn't that much in and out traffic through the door later in the night so we slept well later in the night. Pillows were too hard for me but my husband thought they were fine. I looked for an extra blanket and didn't find one . We never saw any staff during our visit but didn't really need any assistance so that was fine .

We had a very nice stay at the Little Inn. The room was very nice, with lots of conveniences. The manager reached out to us asking if we needed anything. We asked for some extra towels and received a nice basket with towels, and some other supplies. few suggestions I would make are: 1) some conveniently placed USB ports for charging and outlet at the little desk. 2) place the microwave on a shelf or so to create some counter space. Other than that it is a very nice and beautifully arranged room.

Could not figure out how to get regular TV. Noise from second floor, folks walking above 1st level floor

Lovely room in a renovated hotel. Nice area of small town. Safe area easy walking to shops and resturants. Cute coffee shop attached next door.

Host was very friendly. Beautiful room. Close to everything in Little Washington. We hope to come back.

Great location, convenient to everything downtown, very comfortable bedding, very tastefully appointed room. A real gem and great addition to Washington. We will be back.

We loved Little Inn at Washington. Perfectly located in the middle of everything downtown. Appreciated being able to bring our 2 small dogs and there was a little grass right outside and lots of grass and a park abutting the water just a block over. Parking right in back. The check in woman was so helpful. When she learned by husband could not be there to check in due to family emergency, she helped me carry my items (including 1 dog!) upstairs. The current apartments do require going up 15+ stairs. The newer rooms about to open soon don't seem to require stairs, at least no the accommodations on the bottom floor. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable and everything was brand new. I would absolutely stay again if back in the Washington area.
