Superb accommodation in a great location. All digital communication with the host but never the less all very straightforward. Couldn't have had a better location, everything is on your doorstep.

There was nothing to dislike, a slightly earlier check in time would have been nice, but that was only because we had such an early flight to Belfast. Even then the baggage storage facility was very useful.

Excellent location, very spacious apartment in the centre of Belfast. Clean and comfortable.

The property is unstaffed and whilst the self check-in information is clear, staff were not easily contactable in an urgent situation after arrival. We had an issue with the lock on our door and had to wait until the following day to have someone service this. The telephone number for the management company was not answered and emails weren't responded to until the following morning. There was someone available via the booking.com chat who advised us they would address the issue the following day. This was acceptable to us as we had figured out a temporary solution. Staff were friendly and helpful but it did appear there wasn't 24/7 in-person support available

Very central location (which also means plenty of drunks etc hanging around). Easy instructions to get in. Shower was fine (others said the temperature was temperamental).

Not a big deal but the place felt a bit sterile. I would also expect enough coffee for our stay for this price and not to have to carry bins down to the ground floor to do the recycling 😯
