Schönes Frühstück am Pool neben vielen Pflanzen, perfekt als Auszeit im Winter. Kaum andere Touristen. Nettes Personal. Angenehmes, ruhiges Zimmer. Transfer vom Flughafen perfekt auch mitten in der Nacht und trotz Verspätung.

Alles bestens.

L’emplacement, la piscine très agréable de pouvoir se baigner qd nous avons passé une chaude journée. Le personnel très accueillant et professionnel ! Le petit déjeuner !

Les chambres un peu petites mais très confortables.

The facilities were good except that the wifi was sometimes spotty.

I was charged way above the amount in my booking and I do not think the facility was worth the cost.

Emplacement très central. L’équipe est vraiment accueillante et le coin piscine / restaurant très agréable.

Billing is not good

The room was cleaned daily and to a good standard. There were no bugs or anything to be concerned about. Additionally, the aircon worked well.

This place is a total scam and frankly unsafe due to the actions and attitude of the front desk manager. I have never been so happy to check out. 1/ The price is not as advertised - the amount I was charged per night was significantly higher than what I agreed to through Booking. Booking should remove this property from their website if the prices advertised will not be honoured. Credit Cards from the US and Canada also don't work with their terminals, which is a serious problem for a hotel claiming to cater to international visitors. 2/ The included breakfast is disgusting - food is not kept at a safe temperature and bread literally had blue and green mold growing on it. 3/ Staff will promise things and not follow through. For example, the hotel arranged for a taxi to arrive at 6am, which was too late to catch a 9am flight at BSS. I asked twice that they move to 5:30 - and yet the cab showed up at 6am. I quite literally barely made my flight. 4/ They will always find a reason to upcharge you. I asked to pay my bill, which I did despite immense issues with their credit terminal. When I came back from dinner, the desk manager told me I actually still needed to pay for one more night. I begrudgingly did. At check out, I was then told that actually I owed some money for food and beverage (which made no sense, but work was paying so whatever I suppose). Which leads me to the most serious thing... 5/ Another guest was checking out at the same and tried to dispute the obviously fraudulent charges the front desk manager adds to the bill. To my shock, the front desk manager actually locked the doors to try and stop the woman from leaving. The way he spoke to the woman was disturbing and threatening. If I was a single woman I would never feel safe around this man or staying at a property which he manages. A third guest who witnessed this and I were genuinely shocked at this.
