Azalai Hotel Dakar

La direction a superbement réagi et nous a offert tout le confort nécessaire pour passer de très bonnes vacances en famille. Nous les remercions pour cette réactivité.

Terrible new place with rude and uncaring staff. Stunning that they have 4 stars. At reception i waited until the staff of around 6 finished joking around. The room was wrong and didn't have sea view or balcony. They were upset when i asked them to switch rooms. ended up in a room with a tiny balcony overlooking a dump area. Skip hotel, not worth the money, better places in Dakar to stay in.

Le séjour a été très agréable dans cet hôtel. Merci pour l’accueil. Hôtel très confortable avec beaucoup de services au top. Dommage que je n’ai pas pu vous contacter avant mon départ pour le service de transfert depuis l’aéroport. J’ai essayé d’appeler mais sans succès. J’avais aussi fait la demande sur votre site internet.

Nice hotel, almost new. Standard rooms are tiny but the staff is super friendly and the restaurant very good. very nice swimming pool with sea view

A scam ! I was unable to make it after a back injury I called Azalai who told me it was up to Hotels.com for the refund and hotels is blaming Azalai BOTH are scams I will never use this app anymore and will put a bad review on both for people to be aware Shame

Although elsewhere this hotel is somewhat upstanding, in Dakar it missed the mark. The sea is right in front but rooms with ocean view have small windows, no balcony ahah is more there is a wild barren lot obstructing the view with neglected matériels and debris. Pool is too small and although there are many personnel- service is inimaginably slow and or poor
