I stayed only one night and I felt very well treated. The room was very clean.

Best accommodations and the best staff. Truly a 5 star resort.

The property is certainly 5 Stars. The landscaping, staff and service are exceptional. The thatch styled rooms fit in perfect with the rural location and very elegant. We were pampered like royalty. This is the best property we've booked with Booking.com and we have booked over 100 properties.

Management response that I am still waiting for. I was asked to write an email that will be sent to you. On 4th day we received a call from home that my aunt passed away. We informed Paniel. My sister left the next day and we stayed behind as we had paid for trips to Botswana and Zambia. We checked out on Wednesday instead of Friday. So Wednesday and Thursday we didn’t spend there but left my cousin. As I have requested a refund on site. They sent a manager whom we discussed the matter and he said I must send the email. A week before we came I called Paniel requesting to postpone as at the Itumeleng my aunt was in ICU and I was told to make the changes from the app and when I tried amount was changing to extra amounts. When my aunt was moved to a normal ward and also we were scare to loose the money since we didn’t have extra for new date we decided to come but still informed Paniel. I paid when we got to the venue directly into their account and I was surprised that they couldn’t refund us for the nights we did not spend there, even though we were proactive in informing them about our situation. I checked on the app looking for a booking.com email so that I can forward the email I sent to the booking manager at Paniel. I told my travel planner about this venue and she has listed so that she can book her clients, at the moment I am not sure 🤔 if it was the right move.

Scrambled eggs, potato were good

French- press coffee which was served at breakfast is tasteless. Coffe from the bar( from coffeemaker) was good. Not too many choices of food . No fruts except banana and apple. No pastries, no jam, no cheese. Bread you have to ask.

I had a peaceful 3 day stay here in the beautiful stay. Basically I had the whole hotel to my self. Amazing staff. Specially I want to mention Daba who helped me a lot in activities I did here. If you are here, just go for a walk in the village in the morning or afternoon. I never felt un-safe. Talk to lovely people and listen to their stories. When I was in the walk, I met two guys who were working in their home farm. They showed me their farm and took me around the village a bit. Such lovely people. Service was really good. Very quite place. If you like a peaceful place to stay then this is the hotel you need. Thanks so much the staff. What I liked ========= Service and kindness of the staff Location. Stay away from hustle and bustle if city Comfort of the hotel stay including room Wifi throughout the Hotel Nature sounds in the morning and through out the day especially birds Quietness of the place. If you want to experience quietness of rural villages then this is the place you need to stay Stars of night sky. In the city you won't see that many stars
