Nothing as expected

They promote rooms at this hotel and intentionally overbook. When you arrive they offer you "an alternative" at their property next door. That building looks unfinished and is in poor condition, with peeled walls inside. It was late and I had no other option but to accept, but I would not recommend this place.

Staff were nice but below the standard set in Vic Falls.

I didn't stay in the nice rooms advertised. It was more like a prison block next door. No hot water in the shower and when I complained the staff said, "oh, ok" not even an apology. The breakfast was poor and definitely not worth 10 dollars. I ordered eggs benedict and the chef wanted to make me an omelette. The eggs benedict was more like poached eggs on toast. I do not recommend this place.

The room was huge with a traditional style roof, the WiFi was decent around 15 mins walk to the supermarket and 20 mins to the main town. The pool was good.

The street lights from town are not that good so you may need to use mobile phone touch and the foot path is not good especially when it’s raining
