The Kings Throne Inn and Guest House

A comfortable bed and a large room with an air conditioner and fan, much needed on a hot August day. The bathroom is clean, and I appreciated the attention to comfort, with various toiletries available in case anything was forgotten.

This bed & breakfast is a make-your-own breakfast-style accommodation. There was dry cereal and bread for toasting, and eggs and pancake mix available if you want to make your own, but I would have appreciated something like fresh fruit, granola bars, and/or yogurt so we could grab something more quickly.

We loved the location, the historical aspects, the bed was so comfortable. The host was amazing, the coffee bar they had was superb! We especially loved the backyard seating area and started every morning with our coffee there and ended every evening sitting outside.

There is nothing to not like about this Inn, it’s exceptional!

I love the character of the property. You must appreciate how they have kept as much detail as possible. I only ate toast so I don’t have an opinion on the food. The bed was comfortable. If I have to offer a suggestion it would be to add a door from the kitchen to the hall/cleaning closet. As someone from Texas, a fan to circulate the air would be great in the common areas. I stayed in the Reynolds room. Perfect for 1 or 2. I’d stay again!

Landon was such a responsive host and he tried to make things easy for me after a long day of driving. The experience made me want to return to Toledo in the future to further explore Toledo. I would definitely stay at King’s Throne if I come back.

Room was amazing though window air conditioner did not cool the room sufficiently.
