The location was great! My room was clean and comfortable.

I everything was good the only thing is they need to put more shampoo for two people

The room was smelly. The whole carpet was damp, sticky, and filthy. No pool. No gym. Very few options available for breakfast. Our room keys often needed reset.

Slightly odd location

The hotel was conveniently located, with a very clean room, good WiFi and a good TV channel selection. Breakfast was so-so… yougurt, coffee… no eggs, bacon or sausage..

My room had been entered while I was out, now I find I'm missing my Samsung tablet. was out. Came back to my door proped open, one of the beds was used, my lotion that was in the bathroom, was on the nite stand by that bed. It was well into the evening as I had been at my son-in-law's funeral service and following gathering. I immediately called the desk, the lady was nice and soon came to the room, but didn't enter. She gave me 2 new key cards and showed me her staff card. Telling me, now no one else can get in, but some did get in earlier and she couldn't answer why, didn't offer a different room, maybe there weren't any? Said I could use the other, that was a big mistake, I slept hardly at all !!! In the morning I did decide I couldn't stay. Very uncomfortable, waited until about 11 to go to another location. Went down and talked to clerk and said he understood but couldn't refund me personally, it would be refunded to you and you would refund me. He did come to the room later, said they'd checked the tapes and it looked like some woman had mistaken the room (why would her key work?) Said she realized her mistake and left!!!Couldn't of, as the bed was used, my lotion out there, a very wet washcloth in the bathroom, aling with an bar of soap that wasn't there before, used). So I went to my daughter's, and spent time with family, I booked the stay at the Choice Hotel in Upper Marlboro as it would take some time off my return to the airport. Much more expensive, but we'll worth the piece of mind. Wonderful place (but parking was bad). After checking in my bag for the flight I sat down to trade on my Samsung tablet. It wasn't in my computer bag, so thought I must have put it in my suitcase when I was hurrying to get out of the room. So, couldn't check until I got home. Not there either!!! It was valuable to me, also a gift, but had pictures and notes in it.
