The Inn & More

The large cottage was an excellent space for an extended group/family. It was private and had ample parking.

An issue with the septic system caused a terrible smell throughout our cottage. We had to leave the space for a full day/night due to the pungent odor. The maintenance team did their best to mitigate the issue. We were able to spend the final night in the cottage because of their efforts. However, the owner was very difficult to work with in the wake of the disruptive events. His behavior toward me (the one who booked the cottage) was rude, aggressive, and thoroughly inappropriate. After sending a series of harassing and threatening text messages, the owner actually screamed at me over the phone and then again in person. I have been going to this property for years - and following this experience with the new owners, I will NEVER book at this facility again. Further, I will be sure to share my experiences with others seeking recommendations for accommodations.
