I liked the wooden interior, it gave a homely atmosphere. Self check inn was easy! The environment beautiful!

It has a fridge and a microwave and a small coffee machine which was nice. However I missed some )disposable) cutlery.

Having never stayed here before, and I've stayed a lot of places, this place is awesome. Very clean, very quiet, river right behind it, nice little pool, not crowded, and very well maintained. From inside to out, the place is really nice. Will definitely be staying here again in the future when I'm back in the area.

We stayed in 2 connected cabins in the back of the property, lots of privacy and the back yard is very nice with 2 playgrounds and the river access. The location is very comfortable and close to the north Conway center and many trails and view points. Check in was contactless and we actually did not even meet the staff. That worked fine and was easy to use. The space in the cabin itself was great, we loved it, nice rooms, equipped kitchen and very comfortable for a family. Overall, I definitely recommend this place.

The place is great. 2 minor issues that we didn't like was that there was a bit of a smell in one of the bathrooms and we had to keep the window there open for it to ventilate, which didn't really work. The second minor issue is that the space outside with the fire pit and chairs was kind of messy and not ready to use.

Staff extremely helpful over text, room clean and modern.

Could hear every noise including our neighbour’s dog barking for an hour at 6am. Road was loud too.

No bedbugs

Bed made with plywood under the mattress. I almost bled out my chins hitting those corners. Very small room. Uncomfortable bed. Freezer did not work. Had to take our garbage about 100 yards to a dumpster-wasn’t in the staff’s job duties.

Fabulous stay, from 1st entering to leaving my room. Clean!! Nicely decorated. Big, with queen bed, table and chairs, kitchen area with big microwave, undercounter refrig, coffee machine, basket of coffee supplies. Comfortable bed, pillows, comforter. Good water pressure in sparkling clean shower. Keyless entry! Just download their app. Big lounge instead of front desk with lounge chairs, tables and chairs, snacks for honor system purchase, and kids playroom. Very quick responses to questions via text or email. Good internet. Nice outdoor pool and swings for kids. Well located for getting to all the White Mountains attractions. I hope to go back someday!
