Could not actually check in as there was no response from the hotel staff. it was about 10pm and i was forced to look for other accomodation at that hour

"Excellent"

Property management claimed they had difficulty accessing Expedia (upfront) payment. They insisted me to pay AGAIN, then sort that out between myself and Expedia. Very unprofessional
