Aparthotel Adagio Toulouse Centre La Grave

We have just returned home after a fabulous five night Christmas break at this Adagio Aparthotel. As the hotel is new everything was spotless and the reception area created a wonderful first impression upon arrival. All the reception staff were absolutely fantastic and we used to have a little chat with them on a daily basis. We did not pay for the breakfast option but the free hot drinks available were a welcome addition. We can thoroughly recommend the hot chocolate! The room itself was amazing. So spacious and with lots of storage space for your clothes etc. There is an iron and ironing board too. Something we rarely use but is one of those features you like to have “just incase”. The kitchenette area is well equipped with everything you could want including cutlery, plates and pans. There is a microwave and the fridge was big with a small freezer section on top. The bathroom was spotless and again very spacious. Our room had a bathtub with a step in shower. A hairdryer is also provided. The corridors always had a lovely smell too. For those not familiar with Adagio Aparthotels it’s worth noting that housekeeping isn’t a daily occurrence like in other hotels. I think you may be able to pay extra for that but I’m not sure however we do not have a problem with this as it means we don’t have to worry about getting out of the room so the housekeeper can come in. We are capable of tidying up after ourselves and when we ran low on shower gel we just asked at reception. We had a problem with a cancelled train for our journey back to another part of France and the lovely receptionist on duty helped us by ringing an Ibis hotel in Agen to ask if we could leave our luggage there for a few hours as we had a few hours to wait between trains. Unfortunately we did not get her name but she is from the Ukraine if that helps any management reading this as I think she deserves some recognition for excellent customer service. As already mentioned all the staff we encountered were brilliant and helped us with recommendations of restaurants etc. One of which was a place called Gogo Flamingo. Great staff, lovely food and great cocktails! Worth noting there is a free bus which you can get at the end of the street which takes you around the town and runs every 15 minutes. Also in the same area you can catch a free bus to take you to the Casino. They are twenty past the hour all day except 4.20pm and 9.20pm. We will definitely stay here again as we loved Toulouse so much we are seriously thinking of moving nearer therefore we might be doing house hunting trips in the near future 😊

This new hotel is a gem. Great staff and excellent facilities. We found two superb restaurants in the area and loved the availability of a laundry and breakfast if we wanted but the facilities offered all we needed. Not a single mid-step here.

The Aparthotel Adagio Toulouse Centre La Grave is a new hotel, located along the eastern edge of a recently constructed apartment building. My room was spotless--even the stove and microwave were clean! Breakfast was fine for an apartment hotel. Staff members were exceptionally friendly. The hotel is located in St-Cyprien, right across the Garonne River from the center of Toulouse. The area is unambiguously walkable, and there's a Métro stop (along with grocery stores and restaurants) maybe 200 m away. The hotel's excellent location was responsible for the one problem I encountered. The Pont St-Pierre at the end of the street is pedestrian-and-cyclist only between May and October, and, on Friday and Saturday nights, there was a constant stream of noisy, apparently drunken people making an impressive amount of noise on the street below until maybe 3 in the morning. I was able to mitigate the problem by closing the window, so this turned out to be a minor issue. (The fact that the windows are openable was otherwise a positive feature.) The hotel turned out to be an excellent place to stay.

Absolutely wonderful apartment, the whole experience, location and staff were faultless. Could not recommend more highly. Brilliant access to the city. We had three small children and it was super central yet peaceful.

This hotel is in a great location.

Stayed here for the rugby World Cup. Nice clean hotel with clean apartments. Staff friendly and helpful. In a good bit of Toulouse for the stadium and we were able to walk everywhere. Only downside was building next door is being renovated so builders noise starts at about 8am and will wake you up!

Lovely stay very central loads of bars and restaurants near by ,easy to explore the city , we will be back
