Nice downstairs room central location

Bins full had no refuse sacks to change them

There was on site parking but it would fit 6 cars at a pinch. It was easy to use the access codes to the building and the unit and it is a very short stroll to the waterfront.

There were no toiletries other than hand soap. It was not an extra large double bed and there were only 2 very thin pillows. The shower base felt like you would fall through it. There was no dish towel to dry dishes - when we pulled out bowls from the cupboard, they had water in them that dripped on the floor. The toaster came with a warning so we didn’t use it and like many guests reported before us, the tv didn’t work. One of the towels had a terrible stain on it.

It said on the advert it was a large double be which it wasn't ,the internet was useless there was no towels for drying the washing up and room could have been set out better

What a lovely little find, cleaning ladies where very friendly and do and excellent job, will definitely be back

What we discovered entering the room . The room wasn't ready for new guests. Towels and bed used by previous guests. We received a replacement room . Surprise when somebody tries to enter that room.

Location was good and very near the town and the seafront. This place is ideal for one night stay. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

The room was comfortable but there is some sort of alarm light on the ceiling which shines over the bed constantly and made it hard to sleep. The TV doesn't seem to work unless you're willing to input all your details & pay for a subscription (if there was another way to use it there was no guide or manual to help) Parking was advertised but this was misleading, there is a small car park but difficult to get into as it's very small and at an angle and the approximately 6 spaces were all taken by the time we arrived. Had we been advised of this and of alternative parking nearby this would have made things easier. We paid extra for a 'Sea view' which, though technically accurate, would mean balancing on the windowsill so again felt a little cheated.

Very clean except for carpets, comfy bed, clean sheets etc. Fluffy white towels , nice furniture, micro and fridge, good en suite. Massive windows, quiet.

The dirty heavily stained carpet in our apartment and it became apparent that all were like this after chatting with other residents. The outside of the building which needs tidying up , my husband is blind so the entrance from opening the door in is not disabled friendly, quite dangerous.
