Crescent Place by Mansley

I had a great stay at crescent place by mansley. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout my visit. The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a large bed, comfortable chairs, complimentary bottled water, and a large TV. The bathroom was well-appointed, and the amenities provided added to the overall comfort of the stay. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience, and I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

Overall, I had an enjoyable stay, but there were a few maintenance issues that could be addressed. The tap was missing the cap indicating the hot water setting, and the toilet was missing a protective cover cap. Additionally, the shower head appeared to require some attention and maintenance. Addressing these minor issues would help improve the overall guest experience.

Excellent communication and support in checking in. Great location and beautifully appointed. The app and code delivery made our stay so easy. My husband was so happy to discover real cold milk for his coffee supplied in the fridge! 😁The little touches made such a lovely overnight stay. No carpet and beautifully clean. I didn’t sneeze or cough once; as a sufferer of multiple allergies I had the best sleep in an apartment EVER! I need this bed at home! We are really looking forward to staying again this Friday. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

The top floor was a a bit of a hike but we did get our steps in for the day!

Clean and pleasant.

I had the furthest room, CP14, which was a bit of a drag with no lift. There is a warning about this before you book, so be aware. It's manageable if you're normally fit. (59 steps, 16 right angle bends, 6 doors)

Really comfortable room with air con, which was a bonus in the very hot weather! Apartment was very clean and well equipped. Secure parking just one minute walk away was brilliant. Ideally situated for exploring Cheltenham!

We loved the view from the bed in the morning. It was a very comfortable stay. The location was fabulous for exploring the centre of Cheltenham and getting to some of the Cotswold villages. The surprise robes and slippers were good and milk on arrival

Nothing. If I had to say anything, I would’ve preferred a thicker blanket and maybe a microwave.

Great sleep, clean, modern, great location

A very comfortable property very well located in central Cheltenham with cafes and restaurants on the doorstop. Great to have some real milk in the fridge on arrival.

It didn’t bother us but there are no staff in the property and you do everything through the app (so no door keys). This might not suit everyone.

Near buss stop and city center

Op goede locatie gelegen. In cheltenham vlakbij restaurants en winkels en goed centraal om de Cotswolds te bezoeken. Kamer is netjes ingericht.

De geluidsisolatie is erg slecht. Wij hadden de pech dat er boven ons iemand zat die om 6 uur al wakker was en rond ging lopen, meubels verschuiven etc. Dat hoorde je enorm goed waardoor slapen er niet meer in zat. Na een paar dagen maar gemeld bij de host. Die nam dit goed op en heeft direct net de persoon contact op genomen, waarna dit de dag later een stuk minder overlast gaf.
