The Rampart

Clean property, best location, comfortable stay, available facilities, car parking.

Not that I didn't like it, but just a couple of suggestions: - The suite where we stayed had partial sea view. However, while booking, it was not mentioned, and it showed as sea view only. - Part of the windows were covered with paper having 'R' for company name, and one could see out while standing only. Hence, the view matter was not as such while sitting in a living or bed room. Again, these are only suggestions and not any complaints.

We've been to Great Yarmouth several times and we were really happy to find 'The Rampart'. Location is spot on and the room condition was exactly the same as photos. View from the bedside was amazing and the additional option for using Marina Center was an irresistible bonus! We will definitely go and stay there again.

The apartment was very comfy. The fixtures and fittings were of a high standard. Great having a Quooker style tap for instant boiling water. Loved the cooker, grill and microwave all in one. The bed was very comfortable and the duvet and pillows lovely. The Aircon was great and very welcoming with the weather being so warm, one of the reasons we booked. Love the large tv. We would definitely stay again and recommend.

The entry was a bit tricky at times. We couldn’t open the main door on occasions which was a bit frustrating. We literally had to wait for a person staying in one of the apartments to pop out, we didn’t wait for long but not ideal. We did mention this to the owners while they were on site cleaning and gardening. The parking was difficult at times as some people were a bit selfish with how they parked. We managed but only just so not ideal.
