The location was excellent. Access to Yarm High Street and River walks were very close. The Owner was just a phone call away and very helpful.

A poorly equipped kitchen, lacked basic things you would need. No towel rails in bathroom or mirror by washbasin and no mirror in bedroom. Would have benefitted from a welcome pack and appliance instructions. Stair case could have used a hand rail as very steep. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Overall I think with the above improvements it would benefit for anyone staying there. I would still recommend it as a good holiday destination. As it is classed as luxury it needs to be luxury standard.

"Nice one night stay in central Yarm"

Lovely place, great location on the high street. Private, off street parking is very helpful - the entrance to it is through a very narrow archway which was a tight squeeze for an SUV. The property itself is well kept & equipped. Very clean and nicely furnished. Communication from the owner by text on the day with all the check in info was very helpful.

"Fabulous place, outstanding location!"

Excellent location on the high street, but lovely quiet spot tucked away. Very nice accommodation.

Couldn’t access the parking due to size of vehicle. No basin in the main bathroom. Spiral staircase a bit tight!
