I think its very important you are aware that the first impressions on the inside of the building was very poor, with the stairs and paint were exceptionally grotty with very dirty stair carpet and clipped paint. A very poor first impression!! we would not recommend this property.

Great location overlooking a lovely park.

Looks decent on the surface, but the finishing really lets it down. A few of the windows were broken, and on a hot day, not being able to open them all properly wasn’t ideal. In one of the rooms, there was a window fitting sticking out which felt quite dangerous. The balcony was supposed to be accessible according to the booking, but in reality it was more like a storage area for building materials—completely locked off and not exactly the view you’d hope for. They’ve tried to make it look stylish, but the quality just isn’t there. The stick-on flooring is peeling, and there are scuff marks on the walls that a quick coat of paint could easily sort. It’s a shame really, because the flat has loads of potential and the location is brilliant. With a bit of care and proper finishing touches, it could be the luxury apartment it claims to be.

The location and the space were good

The 3 bedroom flat is not equipped for 6 people. A very uncomfortable hard sofa bed in kitchen seats 2 and only 4 seats on kitchen table. Only 4 knives for eating. No dishwasher tablets provided. The rooms are a good size but 2 beds king size and one double - it says large beds which they are not and they are very cheap with slats. No chairs or table in bedroom to put anything on and a wardrobe with only 1 coat hanger in our room. We were there for son’s graduation so we had lots to hang up. Only 5 towels provided in the flat. Shower trays overflow when you have a shower. Communal areas carpeted and very dirty.

Beautiful location, tasteful decoration, gorgeous square and beautiful big windows so this was very light.
