If the card holder is not present, the guest may be refused entry. If you plan to check-in after 20:00, please contact Canon Court ApartHotel in advance, to arrange late arrival procedures. Extra beds requested are sofa beds. All apartments are strictly nonsmoking. All guests must be 21 or over (excluding families with children). A valid ID document will be asked upon check-in. The property will not accept bookings in which guests are under 21. Please note that the apartments are refreshed with clean bed linen and towels once per week for stays of 7 days or more. For stays under 7 days, no complimentary refreshes are offered. O nly guide dogs are permitted at the property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. "Tolles Apartment, super Personal!"

Wir hatten ein toll eingerichtetes, extrem sauberes, frisch renoviertes Apartment mit allem, was man braucht. Der Check-In hat wunderbar geklappt, der Kontakt zum Hotel war schnell und unkompliziert, das Personal mega nett!! Große Empfehlung!!

"A great place to stay"

We were welcomed at the reception desk by Dorota who was friendly and helpful. She provided us with our key’s direction to the apartment and parking. She then answered our questions even going out of her was to explain the buses / numbers to catch to go the main attractions and places to eat. The apartment was spacious and clean and a great place to stay. The beds were comfortable and it was a great stay. It’s a place I would recommend to stay.

Nothing not to like.

The cleanest bathroom I've ever been in. The apartment had everything we needed. The bus stop was right outside and was extremely convenient. Having M&S food across the street was great for food and coffee. Hassle free check in and check out. We loved that there were Scottish cookies!

Minor complaints - M&S across the street was bright through the night, but that was only because we had our window open.

"Good base for Edinburgh old and new town"

Well equipped and furnished apartment at a good price point. About 20-30 minutes walk to Waverley Station, Stockbridge and most other city attractions. Near to supermarkets, coffee shops and bars/restaurants.

Water pressure dropped after about 30 seconds, only just enough for showering. Blinds/curtains did not fit close to window so rooms were not totally dark at night. Creaking laminate floors.
