When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. Please note that for advance purchase reservations, the pre-authorization on a card would be due at the time of check-in. Guests must have a valid credit card with them on arrival at the apartments. Failure to do so, may mean that the guests will not be allowed to check-in. For business bookings and bookings with third party payments, please contact the hotel directly for a third party payment authorization form. VAT receipts are issued upon departure only. At check-in, a valid driver’s license or passport will be required to be shown from the person who is the lead guest on the booking. The card holder of the card used to guarantee the booking must be present at the reception and must show photographic identification (driver's license/passport) at the time of check-in. If the card holder is not present, the guest may be refused entry. If you plan to check-in after 20:00, please contact Canon Court ApartHotel in advance, to arrange late arrival procedures. Extra beds requested are sofa beds. All apartments are strictly nonsmoking. All guests must be 21 or over (excluding families with children). A valid ID document will be asked upon check-in. The property will not accept bookings in which guests are under 21. Please note that the apartments are refreshed with clean bed linen and towels once per week for stays of 7 days or more. For stays under 7 days, no complimentary refreshes are offered. O nly guide dogs are permitted at the property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
