L'emplacement, les échanges avec le gardien, la grandeur des pièces. La position en hauteur qui donne une vue excellente sur la ville. Quelques magasins autour (à pied ou voiture à 5mn pour un Bazar où on trouve de tout).

les salles d'eau vétustes et l'absence d'eau bien chaude. L'absence de beeper pour le portail, il faut appeler systématiquement le gardien qui ouvre à distance. Rassurez vous il est réactif bien sur.

Great sea view

We had all inclusive but the food was pretty awful, same menu each day and poor choice. Many of the menu items were not available.

The only available hotel in Dibba,Oman. But still very good standard. Very beautiful and ingenuous decorations, very but really very helpful staff.

No hotel transport available, very difficult getting tom, from and around the Dibba exclave due to the absence of taxis. The menu in the restaurant was very limited and steadily shrinking by every meal but still reasonably good quality for the price. And since there apparently are no other decent options around, we were lucky enough to get at least this. Some insects found in the rooms (cockroaches) which we would have better avoided.

It's the Google Maps that cheats you, there is no road to the hotel from khasab, yet the map shows a route through mountains. We went on the under construction road and realized that we cannot cross those mountains without asphalt road. If you want to visit this hotel, you need to cross the border in dibba ra's Al khaima dedicatedly to visit this hotel.

The interior of the hotel is very nice! It's comfortable and stuff is very friendly

There was only one towel

My stay was really good! I was impressed with reception, restaurant and cafe decorations and above all with the politeness of all staff. I will recommend your hotel and 100% will stay again shall i be visiting in the future. Best wishes, Mohammed

One recommendation is that you should have a tour operator or information to hand to guests of places and activities that they can do.
