La ubicación y la limpieza.

La cama matrimonial es muy chica y el sofá cama del living es muy incómodo. No se puede dormir durante 3 noches, en un cochón tan fino y angosto.

Lovely studio, clean and fully equipped with everything you need. The location is excellent, close to Princes Street, which is very convenient for connections to the airport via bus. The staff were extremely helpful and willing to accommodate any requests.

Unfortunately, the location can be a bit challenging. The studio is situated directly above a pub that hosts live music until 1 a.m. I slept fine, but I would not recommend it if you are sensitive to noise while sleeping. The studio can accommodate up to four people; however, it only offers one bed and one sofa bed, which may be uncomfortable if you are sharing the space with another couple. Additionally, I would recommend to the staff to change the mattress of the sofa bed that is extremely uncomfortable.

Excelente ubicación, cerca de todo, tanto de Old Town como de New Town, pudimos ir andando a todos sitios. Instalaciones modernas y habitación espaciosa para 2 personas, baño con una ducha cómoda. Por otro lado, siempre contestan muy rápido a cualquier duda. Disfrutamos de unos días fantásticos en Edimburgo.

Hay que tener en cuenta que los fines de semana (y un poco el jueves) se escucha la música del pub (al menos en el estudio 02), lo cual conviene valorar según las necesidades de cada uno. Nosotros estuvimos de miércoles a viernes, y el viernes sí que tuvimos que usar los tapones de oídos (los facilita el alojamiento). En cuanto al tema del tamaño del baño, el váter se queda algo estrecho, pero por lo demás es un baño moderno por lo que no tuvimos problema.

good location, walking distance to train station and bus stop. many restaurants and shops around. The facilities are all new including the restrooms. and they have shampoo, conditioner and towels.

Thanks to the hotel for the earplugs; I can hear the sound of garbage collection in the morning.

Our room was very clean, the bed was so comfortable and we had a fully supplied kitchen as well.

The only negative thing is the shower floor was very slippery. We had to be extra careful not to slip but the shower itself was great.

Good square footage

It is across the street from a nightclub that is open every night until 3am. It is so bloody loud you cannot sleep. No one should stay here.
