Pillo Rooms Apartments - Salford

The issues I encountered included: 1.Dirty floors. 2. Human nail clippings and a dead fly by the window. 3. A significant amount of dust underneath the bed. 4. Coffee stains inside the cups. 5. The front door key was difficult to use and continually twisted in the lock. 6. The internal lock mechanism detached from the door on the morning of my departure. 7. Numerous holes in the walls. 8. Chipped and worn furniture. 9. A kitchen extractor fan running continuously, 24 hours a day. 10. No instructions provided for operating or unlocking the cooker of the shower so I was unable to shower and unable to reach anubodyu via a phone 11. The shower was not functioning during my stay. 12. The bathroom sink water pressure repeatedly cut out when another tap was in use. 13. The hot water in the kitchen was excessively hot and presented a risk of burns. 14. The carpet had not been vacuumed and contained small pieces of white tissue. 15. The wardrobe was filled with cleaning equipment, leaving insufficient space to hang my clothes. In my opinion, the apartment did not reflect the standard or condition shown in the photographs on Booking.com. These concerns were raised because they genuinely affected my stay, not because I was seeking free accommodation. I have photographs documenting many of these issues and will provide them to Booking.com as part of my complaint.

Cozy little apartment and very close to convenience stores and other supermarkets. Apartment was very clean and everything was as advertised.

Couch was a bit uncomfortable and the shower a bit too cozy, not particularly tall or even big person friendly.

Purtroppo la stanza era infestata dalle pulci! Siamo stati punti in più parti, non si potevano appoggiare i piedi a terra senza essere assaliti. Scarsa pulizia di tappeti e tappezzeria. Peccato perché l'appartamento è carino, ben attrezzato e senza pulci sarebbe stato accogliente. Inoltre, quello che doveva essere un divano letto per le mie figlie di 14 e 17 anni, era una brandina da campeggio da una piazza e mezza, tutta infossata da ricadere nel mezzo. Pessima esperienza.

The location also the beds were so comfy.

I had a bit of an issue trying to work the heating out, apart from that nothing.

Great location with on road parking.

Needed more toilet rolls (apartment only had 2) for a family of 4 staying for x1 week. The bed in the living room needs a mattress topper.
