Simple well furnished rooms. Great outdoor courtyard. Helpful & hospitable front desk.

Staff was very helpful and responsive. We were a very late arrival due to road closure.

Safe and unique ambiance on golf course in the back of a neighborhood. Pet friendly. Easy parking but I would be nervous about my car getting hit by golf balls if folks had been golfing (the course was closed due to weather when we stayed). They may have an alternative place to park but didn't ask when they said the course was closed. The golf restaurant next door made it easy to get dinner/breakfast. Our particular room (suite) was HUGE!

Great place. It's small and quiet, and the front desk staff was exceptional. It's very clean and no frills, but it's very comfortable. The ladies were very friendly. I would stay again without reservation.

The staff was very pleasant and easy to work with. The room was very clean and updated. This is in a nice area of town and we felt very comfortable here. We chose this hotel for their ability to accommodate our small dog and they made us feel very welcome. I would easily recommend this hotel to others!

Perfect oasis in Albuquerque! Stylish little inn, with great rooms, friendly staff, and beautiful grounds. We had a fireplace room which we loved! Clean, well appointed rooms in a very safe part of town. Loved our stay! Bed was comfortable, guest areas well decorated, and free parking! Pets allowed for a fee. Coffee in the lobby and in the room. Will stay again!

Interesting hotel stay. This is a small boutique hotel that was recently remodeled. Rooms have the layout from many years ago with sink in room and toilet / shower in a very small room. Showers are original with fixture updates that really don’t fit. It’s a really tight fit to get in there and use either fixture. To use sink area must turn on light which will light up entire room. This probably would be a fun spot with friends during spring or fall as the outside area includes fire pits and nice chairs to relax. Unfortunately, we were there in winter so sitting outside was not considered. It had the feel of an Air B&B as there really is not a lobby with typical areas to meet etc. Staff seemed to only be there for a few hours with a sign offering a phone number for contact / help. A thermos of coffee is offered but that seemed to be it. Check in was ok, although they take a hefty security deposit which was strange. Bed was comfortable and room decor updated and nice. A/C - Heater unit is the in wall type that is very noisy and goes on and off constantly through the night. Our bed was pretty close to it so it woke us many times. Would be nice if you could just leave it on but that didn’t seem to be an option. TV I guess only offers streaming. Pretty strange?? Never found normal channels. Also hard to hear it when heater turns on so that was frustrating. Most concerning was a strong sewer smell that consumed the room several times. It dissipated fairly quickly the first few times. However, on our last night it was strong and we could not figure out where it was coming from. Finally opened a window but with 30 deg temps that made no sense and caused the heater to run even more. We tried texting the after hours number around 10:15 but never received a response. We were concerned about going to sleep in such bad air. Even thought about packing up and finding another hotel. It did finally dissipate. Seems they have some issue with their sewer line… The hotel is on a golf course which was nice and another activity couples could enjoy. At check in they said they were not affiliated with the course but they did offer food. We tried the restaurant for breakfast and dinner and it was decent. Busy for a golf course restaurant and seemed popular with locals. A sports bar atmosphere with many tv’s and lots of drinks / beers. Breakfast was quieter and good. I write all of this as this hotel gets strong reviews on most sites. I could see having a fun time here at certain times of year and with a group of friends. Definitely some effort put into upgrading the rooms but the other issues offset that for us. For us it was an ok stay but not worthy of all the excellent reviews.
