Stunning location, incredible views and amazing room ! Greta breakfast and staff are very personable and attentive.

Restaurant did not give same attention as hotel staff but I believe this is slightly separate from hotel. Still a great view and good food.

スタッフ、オーナーの対応が良く、優しく、笑顔が印象的でした。 エレナさんは、お願いした事を的確に、素早く対応してくれました。 到着が大幅に遅れていたが、チェックインの対応が笑顔でテキパキと対応して頂きホットしました。 また、電気ポットを依頼すると、直ぐに紅茶と一緒に運んでくれ、朝食のアレンジ、タクシーの手配、 チェックアウトじの対応がパーフェクトでした。 部屋からのアルファンブル宮殿の眺めは幻想的でした。 ますますスペインが好きになり、また訪問したいと思います。

It’s truly one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. In fact, I’ve been twice. And the owners and staff are phenomenal people. The views are jaw-dropping, the breakfast is outstanding and the restaurant has the most magical setting!

Bookings charged me quite a bit higher than the property’s prices. I was a bit out of my budget but just adore the property.

Tout était absolument parfait : un cadre luxueux, une vue à couper le souffle, et une ambiance unique. La chambre El Cielo porte parfaitement son nom ,un vrai petit paradis J’ai également eu la chance de rencontrer la propriétaire, qui est d’une gentillesse rare, vraiment adorable. Et que dire du personnel ? Aux petits soins du début à la fin, toujours avec le sourire. Une expérience inoubliable… j’y retournerai sans hésiter

I don't even know what to say about La Casa JuanRanas! It was pure MAGIC! The view of the Alhambra is unbeatable, the breakfast is divine and the room....I have no words. We stayed in El Banuelo and it was incredible. The bed was comfortable, the turkish bath was so relaxing and I didn't want to leave. This space was the highlight of our trip!
