Estuvimos 2 noches con mi esposo y hijos Una vista hermosa hay paz tranquilidad Lo único que recomiendo para los turistas lleven sus cosas como comida para los niños o bebés porque bajar hasta en Congo esta como 40 minutos de regreso pero de lo contrario muy limpio y muy amables

The staff has among the nicest people we’ve ever encountered. While you are on a secluded areas and only one restaurant to eat the accommodation were excellent and the view is breathtaking. There are many activities to participate in and reasonably priced. Definitely a must stay in hotel.

Would strongly recommend having own transportation. Getting out from the accommodation is a nightmare. Dinning restaurant (Dos Alas) is not great at all for what you pay for. The views are great.

Staff was friendly. Accommodations were great with stunning views of the volcano. Dining was limited to only one place with a small menu. Food was average. The only issue we had was the construction going on outside our room until 1:00am in the morning. Not very considerate of guests staying in the nearby igloos.
