"Amazing view."

The view is amazing, the room condition was very good. The room doesn't get any direct sunlight which is great We could see the stars at night, we saw the dawn, the lake, the city... The room service was good.

The room was not ready when we arrived at check-in time, it was given 20 minutes late. The staff offered to change rooms to speed up the process but we didn't accept since we had booked "the best" room available. We had to call the staff twice to fix the hot water, which they promptly did.

"Schrecklich. Waren enttäuscht weil das Zimmer weit weg von den Fotos war, aufgrund vom Lärm rundherum konnten wir nicht"

Unser Zimmer war zwischen Rezeption (das war eine Garage) und Küche. Dauernd Lärm von Leuten vom Gang, Küchengeräten ab 6 Uhr morgens, Motorgeräusche. dreckiges Bett, Flecken an der Wand und schimmeliges Bad. Zimmer schaut nicht aus wie auf booking gebucht. Bett war noch verpackt, kleines Bad. Im Schlafzimmer war ein großes Fenster (wie ein Schaufenster) zum Gang.
