"Mars"

"Not a place for a tourist"

4.0

I don’t recommend this place to anybody who wants to have an amazing experience. There are much more beautiful hotels around this area, This place is advertised as a hotel and resort. Resort is laughable, It is more like a hostel. My family and I stayed here for 2 nights and immediately regretted as soon as we saw the parking. The following is a list of all things wrong with this place 1) Parking is a dirt lot and packed on weekends. They cater to those with a day pass to the pool instead of the ones staying here. 2) There were no towels, soap, shampoo nor toilet paper in our rooms. We had to ask for towels repeatedly. They don’t include shampoo nor soap so have to bring your own. 3) the air freshener in the room smelled bad. 4) the view is terrible. There are a lot of champas in front of this place. 5) The pool is dirty 6) our door to our room didn’t work, we came back late at night from the beach and had to look for someone to help us open the door. 7) they let everybody in . They cater to those with a day pass. 8) service is not great. Employees need more training. This place is more so for locals. It is a place to come to for like a day if you live out here. My family that lives here in El Salvador did not like it. For $100 a night def not worth it.
