Nightjar Cabin at Cloudshill Glade

- the woodland around the cabin, lovely place to take the dog on a walk - very close to monkey world and the tank museum

- strong smell of mould - very cold inside the cabin, even the little heater on, it wouldn’t warm up - the front door was difficult to lock

The absolute horrendous smell of mould and damp. It’s not fit for guests!

Interior walls were very thin and had layer of mould growing on the inside, including on bedroom walls, that had clearly been painted over many times in different areas of the cabin but had not been dealt with properly. Cabin smelled of bleach, I assume due to attempted cleaning. Cancelled immediately upon entering and requested a refund.

The peaceful atmosphere

Property was unkept, sick was dirty, the 'sofabed' is a child's pull out bed not suitable for 2 ppl. The property has mould on the door frame ( which only took a moment to wipe off) the shower ran either cold or scalding, not much water pressure in the sink in the bathroom. And to top it off the covers for the sofa bed were stained with blood. When tried to contact the host there was no reply!
