Wir sind begeistert von diesem Hotel mit einem erstklassigen Service. Selten wurden wir so herzlich aufgenommen. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein weiteres Lob geht an das Restaurant. Dort wird außergewöhnliche gutes Essen serviert. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel mit gutem Gewissen weiter.

~ wunderschönes, sauberes Hotel ~ super freundlich und kompetentes Personal (Service, Küche, Reinigungspersonal) ~ das Abendessen sowie Frühstück war jedesmal ein TRAUM! Dieses Hotel kann man nur jedem ans Herz legen- man fühlt sich ab Sekunde 1 wohl und vollkommen herzlich umsorgt! Danke für diese Erfahrung!

Very caring staff Modern and clean rooms Excellent restaurant for fusion food Delicious afternoon snack every day Nice pool Good breakfast

Pretty intense calls to prayer from 0430 as Mataram (and Lombok) has mosques every few hundred metres but the hotel do provide ear plugs for customers should they wish.
