I got a private pool, which had a nice outdoor area Bed was made everyday Staff was nice- private,

A fair few things wrong with the property - toilet seat was broken - shower head wasn’t working well - when the bath jets were turned on it stank - the roof was leaking (ended up dripping in my bag) - sink was leaking but that got fixed when mentioned And ect For the price I paid for 4 days I would have expected a little bit better then constant problems :)

La nourriture du restaurant est excellente. Le ménage est bien fait et le personnel est aux petits soins. Un bon sens du service. Le lit est très confortable. La climatisation marche bien. L'amenagement des pièces est bien pensé et pratique et les espaces extérieurs sont très beaux et bien entretenus. La piscine commun est magnifique avec en prime de super photos à faire au coucher de soleil.

Salle de bain un peu dégradée, il faut refaire les joints du jacuzzi baignoire. Les portes coulissantes ont du mal à se fermer. Le Resort est excentré avec des routes non praticables à pied. Location de scooter obligatoire.

The apartment is great, it has large outside private area, with kitchen, sofa and other furniture and private pool and the bathroom is partially outside. The rooms are extremely comfortable and feel very private, even the part outside.

The location is on the end of one way street, which makes the other areas of Canggu relatively far away, it is not walkable, so only taxi bike or driving are possible options for moving. The breakfasts are quite small.

Im Spa waren wir von der zweistündigen Massage leider enttäuscht. Die Therapeutin war während der Behandlung mehrfach mit ihrem Telefon beschäftigt, sodass keine wirkliche Entspannung aufkam. Für ein Spa dieser Kategorie hätten wir mehr Professionalität und Ruhe erwartet. Die Ausstattung unserer Villa war ausreichend und insgesamt in gutem Zustand, es war alles Nötige vorhanden. Positiv war auch, dass die Räumlichkeiten regelmäßig gereinigt wurden und wir uns dadurch wohlfühlen konnten.

Leider haben wir gleich am Eingang die erste Villa bekommen. Da sich direkt daneben eine befahrene Landstraße befand, war es ziemlich laut. In der Nähe gab es zudem nichts Besonderes, und der Strand war recht weit entfernt. Ohne Motorrad ist man dort völlig verloren.
