The Kanjeng Resort Ubud

I liked the greenary in hotel and staff was friendly

I did not like beds, beds were old and mattress was not comfortable at all. In bathroom there was no pressure for jet spray in toilet bowl

Specious room, good swimming pool. Calm area. Good people. Good food.

아이둘과 가족여행을 다녀왔어요.우붓시내와 차로 6분거리라고해서 잡았는데,차로 기본20분이고 막히면 45분걸려요.택시기사님들도 숙소가 여기가 맞냐고 물어볼정도고 ..방은 큰데 어둡고,개미는 너무많고 습기때문인지 작은 지렁이 같은 벌레가 화장실이랑 방 벽에 구석에 몇개씩 있어요.수영장이 있지만 안깨끗해서 안들어갔구요.침구에는 얼룩이 뭍어있어 찜찜했어요. 하지만 스태프분이 너무 친절하시고 불편한것들 해결해주시려고 노력하시고 플러팅 조식도 따로 준비해주셨지만,저는 결국 중간에 다른호텔 잡아서 옮겼어요.취소안되는거라 환불도 안되지만 여기서 스트레스받느니 시내한복판 호텔로 옮겼습니다.

They had an adapter for plugs which no other villa or hotel had, and the outside landscape was nice. The breakfast was delicious and very well presented. The staff were the best part, very attentive and apologetic for things breaking and would answer messages within minutes, came to fix everything when asked.

So many bugs, like an insane about of bugs inside, some bugs I’ve never even seen before, also things kept breaking, TV broke and they took it, never got it back, the lock broke and we had to wait for them to replace it. While the place seemed clean, there were a lot of stains and corrosion, and again so many bugs

All good , with the all environment in the villas , I can walk and find many cafes and restaurant , and not far from the Ubud Center. For sure, I will be back again...

Comfortable stay, big rooms including bathroom.

Room could be touched up a little, always tv didn’t work, light bulb is bathroom was out.

Location is a little far .

I saw warms in the walls , snakes in the swimming pool and on my way , I didn't like it

The room was as I expected. The courtyard is green and quiet, and the staff's service is good.
