Nice quiet place, very clean, near the sea

The caravan was lovely well worth the money we paid. The heating was on when we arrived making it even more cosier. There was everything we needed in the caravan

We walked down to the beach as the fresh air was a blessing

The mis use of the word "Immaculate" as to discribe the caravan it was far from that. The sofa and chairs we're dirty an very aged tables fireplace and ledges all peeling curtains had been taken down no bulbs in the kitchen and small bedroom bathroom smelt damp no tin opener basic stuff at some point someone must have been a smokers as you could smells it and tell from the colour of the furniture extremely disappointed with it tbh did speak to the owner regarding the bulbs in the kitchen as how we were going to cook in the dark being a H&S issue beds not comfortable, polystyrene tiles in wardrobe again damp issues also pointed out hole in the wall in the large bedroom, dirty stained blind in the kitchen. If you're going to discribe the caravan as immaculate a full deep clean is needed and replacement of old dirty furniture basic cutlery and bulbs actually in the lights

The caravan was extremely clean and very comfortable: the sitting area is really nice and the bed was great. The bathrooms were spotless and it's a good shower. It was very hot weather so the ceiling fan in the living room was useful. The view from the back over fields is very tranquil. There were many empty cupboards and it felt spacious. I think you could walk to the beach but was not sure where all the local footpaths went. The caravan park was very quiet when I was there.

Very minimal kitchen equipment- no tin opener, no coffee making options so had to buy these. No bathroom bins, towels small. No info folder on anything / local area: a shame as there's no wifi and my phone signal wasn't great. No lightbulb in 2nd bedroom. Had not been emailed directions (as it said on Booking.com) so had to phone as I didn't know which caravan it was but luckily Paul was quick in calling back.

Nice place to have a quite time with the family, nice walk to the beach, easy to find, easy parking. Easy communication with host. Overall very pleasant experience.
