Gorgeous 5 bedroom house

The room is spacious. The host is friendly and moved us to a bigger room. The kitchen is complete with appliances you can cook and store food in the fridge. The dining table is big and good for family and also the living room with a comfortable sofa and nice big television. It's our second time booking at this property. Will definitely book again.

Lovely house to stay at very comfortable and clean

The property double booked my room even though I had a confirmed booking and the new booking was only made on the morning of my arrival. I had to sleep on a couch with a bed sheet no duvet. No curtain on the room. Downstairs toilet not clean and no toilet paper. Upstairs toilet was for 5 rooms! Ran out of toilet paper in the morning.

The management as they double booked my room. I did get a discount but wanted a full refund but booking.com was unable to facilitate this. I ask again for a full refund!

Arrived at the property and could enter but didn't have a key to the room I booked after the host sent me a message to give me a code for the keybox to the room I booked there was no key in the key box, I sent messages to the host and no reply and tried to contact the host by phone and no answer.

We did our own cooking.

The heating facilities in the apartment weren't functioning even though I followed the instructions by the host. Booked three bedrooms and just had only one bathroom for everyone. Also, the bathroom had heavy water leakage, and it dripped water to the kitchen if someone took a shower. This property is running as a room sharing basis, and at midnight around 2'O clock, someone was knocked on the door to get into the house when everyone slept. Facilities at the house weren't fair and clean, and my guest and I were unhappy on this booking.
