Absolutely horrible layouts on the rooms. Lived in multiple hostels and smaller rooms can’t be found. No space for the bigger backpack/bags except 1,5m on the floor for 4 persons to share.

La struttura è tenuta decentemente.

Se c'è una cosa che una persona si aspetta scegliendo un ostello e non un hotel, è l'accoglienza e la cordialità da parte dello staff oltre che alcuni piccoli servizi come acqua, caffè o tè presenti per gli ospiti. Lo staff non era per niente accogliente, ho provato a chiedere un informazione riguarda ad un bus per il porto, non sapevano niente. Alle 10 di sera ho chiesto un bicchiere d'acqua o anche una bottiglietta da comprare, inizialmente mi hanno detto di no, dopo che ho insistito mi hanno dato un bicchiere d'acqua per 10.000 rupie, nemmeno in centro a Milano. La struttura sarà anche decente ma le basi proprio per essere un ostello vi mancano.
