The ladies at the desk were so lovely, room was nice and bathroom was clean

It’s not near anything so you would need to rent a scooter and there were so many mosquitoes, I got eaten alive

The restaurant it's great and everything we ate was perfect. Great coffee and great service there! Service at reception, there was one super friendly lady that unfortunately I forgot the name, she made all the difference on our stay, being very opened to help us with anything we needed and a big smile always. Can't say the same for the other one :/ Beds were super comfortable, pillow also great, aircon working perfectly and the nets for the mosquitos quite useful in this area. Bathroom in the private room inside the hotel it's super cute and better than the one from the private house. The shuttle offered to go to activities or restaurants in sumberkima hill it's also a plus. Pool also great.

I'm sorry for putting this up, but it's just not fair to other people not to know. Unfortunately, we picked the private rooms that are located a bit further down at the hostel, they are like single houses and their most expensive rooms. We expected a great stay and were so excited when arrived there, but that quickly went away when we heard the prayers and loud music that would go on the whole day, alternating each other. The staff helped us moving for the following 2 nights we had, and that made a massive difference, so I would suggest to book only the private rooms and not the private houses if you care for the noise. The other down side we didn't get the chance to go over, but was observed on both rooms, it's the showers pressure alternates in between no water/ low pressure/ some pressure, all in a few seconds in between... It was tough to have a proper shower. The chairs around the pool were clearly dirty and haven't been cleaned for a while. Some people would be smoking in the tv area during the day and night, which I wasn't sure if it was allowed. After asking someone at the hotel, they told I should just ask them to stop. Sorry, but that's not on me to do that and create a discomfort between guests. Soooo many mosquitos! Everywhere and even in the morning, so make sure to have repelent with you all the time. Have in mind, the area doesn't have gograb and gojek, I didn't know before arriving and was counting on it. Reception can still order you a car, but have in mind anything will be at least 100k one way, it doesn't matter if it's 6 minutes away (it's not the hotel's fault, but something for you to know)

Tout était vraiment bien, plein d'espace sont proposés ( flechette, ping pong, working...) ainsi qu'une multitude d'activitée. Une belle carte que ce soit au bar ou au restaurant, la qualité est au rendez-vous. L'équipe est vraiment compétente ( merci au barman qui est exceptionnel )

J'ai eu un peu de mal avec la literie, ou je m'enfoncait dedans ( c'est certainement une question de goût) Et les matelas du salon ou de la reception sente le chiens...

Dwa mocne punkty tego obiektu to: 1) duża ilość ciekawych udogodnień - obiekt pomaga zorganizować kajaki, czy wyprawę na wulkan, jest też padel i wiele innych możliwości 2) przewóz i współpraca z Sumberkima Hill - można zaaranżować bezpłatny trabsport do drugiego obiektu, dzięki czemu można uzupełnić pobyt o basen, masaż lub saunę - gdyby nie to, moja ocena byłaby niższa. Jest to bardzo istotny komponent, kierowca jest na wagę złota! Z racji, że nie są to okolice tak turystyczne jak Canggu, miło było zobaczyć balijską wioskę. Ludzie są bardzo przyjaźnie nastawienie, uśmiechnięci. Zaskoczony byłem tym, że do domku (byłem w drewnianym domku) nie wchodziły owady, co znaczy, że poprawił się poziom w porównaniu z wcześniejszymi komentarzami. Domek nie wygląda zbyt fancy, ale spełni podstawowe potrzeby - łazienka jest ok i jest internet. Jest to świetne miejsce, zwłaszcza jeśli ktoś podrózuje z grupą znajomych, samemu - niekoniecznie. Chciałbym również pochwalić panią od masażu, w Suberkima Hill miałem jeden z lepszych masaży na Bali oraz miłą panią z recepcji i sympatycznego managera restauracji

Hałas i plac budowy, zdarzało się, że koparka jeździła obok domku tak, że ten się aż trząsł. Zdaje sobie sprawę, że ta budowa w przyszłości podniesie potencjał hostelu. Nie mniej jednak, miałem świadomość że te problemy mogą wystąpić przed dokonaniem opłaty, stąd nie mam pretensji do obiektu. Jeśli dużo przebywasz w ciągu dnia poza hostelem, to to nie przeszkadza, nie mniej jednak wiele razy pracy trwały do późna w nocy. Ceny i dania w restauracji - myślę, że jest tu pole do optymalizacji, być może więcej promocji? Z racji tego, że Grab nie działa w tej okolicy, to wybór jedzenie jest ograniczony co daje się zauważyć przy dłuższym pobycie. Polecam od początku wynająć skuter. Niektóre dania mają zbyt wysokie ceny. Być może mogłyby być jakieś wieczory filmowe - myślę, że sala do seansów filmowych nie była częsta wykorzystywana. Trzeba się podłączyć własnym laptopem. Proponuję, by raz w tyg były wieczory filmowe organizowane przez hostel. W domku jest za mało światła - jest dość ciemno w ciągu dnia. Warto byłoby nieco polepszyć komunikację na whatsup jeśli chodzi o zamawianie przejazdów do Sumberkima Hill. Korzystałem z tej opcji wiele razy i często musiałem długo czekać na transport. Dodam, że nie jestem typowym klientem hosteli, był to mój pierwszy raz, więc moja opinia może być dość surowa. Dla miłośników hosteli będzie to super miejsce. Gdyby nie to, że była miła pani w recepcji, która pomagała mi w praniu i w organizacji tripów, moja ocena byłaby niższa.

We really loved this place — the interiors are beautifully designed, minimalist yet cozy, with lots of natural wood. We had a private cottage and there is a lovely pool on site. The property also gives access to great services in the nearby hotel, such as spa treatments, yoga sessions, and Thai massages. The on-site restaurant is absolutely 10/10, with amazing vegan options — everything I tried was delicious, and the staff were very kind and helpful.

the beach in front of the hostel is quite muddy and looks more like a fishing area, so it’s not really suitable for swimming. We stayed only one day and didn’t have a scooter, so we couldn’t explore much, but there might be nicer beaches around.
