Doma3 Luxury Vilnius Apartment

The apartment is located very central and there is a bus stop and a small supermarket very close to it. There is also a park with a playground. The old furniture for sure has its charm. There were a few things like coffee, tea, cocoa powder and flour, which was nice to have. The place was cozy and nicely decorated, in a normal old house where locals live as well. The owner was friendly and helpful. There was enough space for four people and the kids enjoyed access to a TV. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and it was a very good offer for a family of four.

It was quite difficult to handle that the living room with the sleeping couch did not have a door itself. Since we used both rooms to sleep in, if someone got up earlier or went to bed late, the other one on the sleeping couch could not sleep anymore, because noise from the kitchen was audible. In the kitchen a stove with 2 stove tops would have been nice, cooking with only one is a bit challenging. Also there were no bowls, so we had to eat soup out of cups, which was not the nicest. The salt was empty and oil for frying would have been nice, since it does not make much sense to buy 1 liter for a few days. When we arrived, there was no key in the key box and no notice about it. We were able to enter the apartment, because it was left open and to lock it from the inside. The owner came in the next morning to change the lock, because the last guests had lost the key. Of course nothing he could influence, but would have been nice if it had been fixed the night before for safety reasons. The apartment was cleaned before, but here and there a little dusty, which could be improved. Sometimes the electricity went off when we used several devices at the same time, which we had been informed about, so it was not such a big deal, but good to keep in mind.

The apartment is situated in the heart of the city. Spacious place.

Very good location. Old town is alomost right otside the doors. Close to the river lots of places to walk around.

We were here in the begining of April. Heating was turned off. It was very cold inside without any heater/conditioning. The bathroom is not to comfy, Bathtub is leaking and there is a hole in the floor to sewage.... Looks nasty...
