Tyzen39&38 Luxury Apartment

We had a problem with our booking so we needed to get one in a rush, the closest to where we were. That's when we saw this property on Booking and decided to book it. Overall the stay was ok and covered our basic needs. The apartment was big, the beds were comfy and it was very bright. The location was great but still very quiet at night.

Well, for the price and for the "Luxury" description, I was expecting a bit more. Some of the pain points: - We needed three different codes to get to the apartment - At night, we needed to use our phone's flashlight to go up the stairs (there was no light on all the floors) - There is no elevator, and the apartment is on the 4th floor. We were travelling with a baby, so it was an even more complicated situation. We ended up leaving the baby stroller on the ground floor, below the stairs. - There were a lot of mosquitoes inside the apartment, and the walls were a mosquitoes' graveyard, which says a lot about the apartment's cleanliness - The kitchen was poorly equipped. There were a lot of knives, but no wooden spoon or spatula, for example - There was a washing machine, but no detergent. Usually, people use it once or twice, so the property can't expect people to buy a whole bottle of detergent. Luckily, I've brought a washing capsule because I was afraid this might happen - The floor creaked a lot, especially in the bedrooms - The towels were very low quality
