Very nice location only about 700 metres from the railway station, also not far from the bus station. Easy walk to the Old town, many shops, stores and restaurants nearby. Bus stop next to the building, tram stop one block away. Tiny room but enough for a one person for couple of nights. I like the fact that there is a cabinet where to hide your bits and pieces.

At first it was hard to find the right place because there are some building/renovations going on. The bed mattress kept moving around, there should be some non-slip matt under the mattress. Also, there should be some hooks or a coat rack to hang your coats/jackets. Unfortunately I forgot to take slippers with me, the floor was very cold and my toes were freezing.
