Tiene muchas fallas los cuartos estan llenos de moho no esta tan limpio los baños le falta ventilacion debido a eso esta lleno de moho ,el personal esta atento no esta cerca de la playa como se mira en las fotos esta dificil de encontrar

Unfortunately our room was not very clean the sheets looks like if it was use, that’s my only bad review the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Pésima atención por parte de el recepcionista incluso tronó el trasformador y el hotel se quedó sin luz durante muchas horas les pedí me reembolsaran lo de la reserva ya que no tenían servicio de aire ni internet y no me regresaron nada. Deje la habitación y me cambié de hotel

el lugar estaba asqueroso, las sabanas manchadas con excrementos humanos y sucias las habitaciones, decidimos no quedarnos por las condiciones de salud e higene del lugar, no quisieron devolvernos el dinero a pesar que no usamos las instalaciones del hotel y sentimos que nos robo tanto la pagina de Expedia al no darnos el reembolso como el hotel AREMAR nos estafaron. mi numero de Celular 502 30649577 mi correo arturo.menegazzo@gmail.com PORQUERIA DE LUGAR ME ROBARON MI DINERO Tengo fotos y video como evidencia
The hotel was nice, quiet, the food and the staff were great. The hotel is in an undeveloped area, which to me is ok but it was a bit hard to find and if you don’t have good transportation it’s hard to get to. I loved the place though and will come back
