The place is located in a remote place. Rooms are small. Bathrooms inside the rooms are super small only one person can fit in. The toilet seat was broken and sheets were stained.
Beautiful place next to the beach
Me gusto la comida, solo se tardan un poco en servirla, por lo demas la gente muy agradable, el lugar aseado y lejos de las multitudes y el ruido de la ciudad. La señal de Claro no llega dentro de las instalaciones pero si en la playa.
Okay room and good staff. Otherwise the hotel is too far from any amenities, stores etc, the food in the hotel is hugely overpriced and average, plus you are eating with the mosquitos.
It was ok for a short stay, food was good and the place was ok, customer service was very good, hotel was infested with mosquitoes and towels were not provided until we ask for them, no laundry onsite, shower was broken still functional tho, internet was fast.
The rooms left alot to be desired . We changed rooms because the first rooms shower did not work and it was dirty and unclean. The second room was still in poor shape, the bathroom was small and the sink leaked from the drain every time it was used ,the bedding was old and worn , the bathroom door handle was broken and hanging . The staff was nice and they were accommodating. The food and drinks are overpriced here . The beach is a short walk and is very nice . The hotel is a little out of the way, there is no wifi and random intermittent cell service if any at all ,Overall it was not a comfortable stay .
The staff here are extremely kind and very helpful, the hotel was very beautiful, and the server, (don’t remember his name,) but he was 17 years old and was so sweet in helping us choose the food, which was very tasty! There was also guard walking around to make sure we stayed safe. Thank you so much for the excellent experience, we had a great time!
It was far from the airport in an uninhabited area. The staff were courteous and thoughtful, but spoke no English at all! If you were going to stay there for a week or so, it would be very restful, but not for 1 night only.
Food and drinks were disgusting, we ordered the steak and one was dry and the other wasn’t cooked, rice had no flavor, beans were burnt, the sausage was cold and raw. Drinks were the worst drinks I’ve ever had.
