Hotel Majahual Resort

The hotel was rundown and is in shanty part of town. The beach is not the best and was very busy for Semana Santa. The food we ordered from the restaurant was pretty good. The cleaning staff tried to charge us for dirty towels which were just dirty from the black sand from the beach. Overpriced.

This is just an Ok place don’t expect much from it.

Great place to stay. I stayed 2 nights and they didn't clean my room.

The hotel was nice and had good service for bar and food.

The property grounds were very nice and the staff was helpful and accommodating. The bartenders were very pleasant and friendly. The area outside the hotel has limited options.

I had to sign a paper that they weren’t responsible for anything stolen or loss but the doors and windows didn’t lock, couldn’t pay with credit card because machine didn’t work so thankfully I had cash. The staff was nice and gave us a different room with locks, very nice pool and close to the beach

Easy access to the beach. The staff felt like a family run business. They serve delicious food at their small restaurant also!

Food was good. Room only had 1 power outlet we could see. Stains on the bath towels but i was brought new ones. A bit to oricey for what it offers.

El hotel está a 100 metros de una playa genialmente bella, arena muy fina y está muy limpia, el agua calma. Está rodeado de un pueblo es interesante que te despierten los gallos en la madrugada, el pueblo tiene aspecto limpio pero deben mejorar el tratamiento de las aguas grises. El hotel bien cuidado, la piscina limpia al aire libre, con covertores de sol, hay mucho sol y el desayuno muy rico. Llegas fácilmente a Sunset Park (8 minutos) y ellos te abren el parqueo para ingresar ya tarde en la noche. Hay ventas de cosas y ropa para playa a precios accesible.
