AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING. An and her team have got this nailed. It’s the most comfortable, welcoming and stunning B&B we have ever had the pleasure of staying at. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are serene and inviting and the breakfast is incredible. An is a superhost. We will be back!!!

A very special experience , stunning views and food ) the breakfast is the best , with high quality ingredients . An is the most incredible host and we didn't want to leave . Our (two touring cyclists from Denmark) stay at Hearts & Home in february 2025 was our second stay. After the first stay in january 2024 we promised ourselves that we had to come back to this amazing boutique hotel a little outside Mijas (but just a short walk to the center of town) and with breathtaking views of the coast. The excellent homemade breakfast served on the balcony, the very tasteful decor both inside and outside and not the least and very important the way that An Chiem and her staff treats her guests: all this and a lot more make a stay unforgettable.

It’s hard to articulate how amazing this place is. Based on previous reviews and having been recommended to us through a friend, our expectations were already high however on arrival it was immediately evident, this is a special place accompanied by an equally special host, An. An couldn’t have done more to make our short visit special, with lovely personal touches the second we arrived. We loved everything about Hearts and Homes and I felt immediately relaxed and blow away by the breathtaking view, the second we stepped foot inside - so much so, we extended our stay another night. Thank you to An for making our stay so lovely. We have been spreading the word of your place to friends and family, although selfishly, want to keep this as a secret for ourselves! We can’t wait to visit again, soon. Thank you.

I’d say the hill to the accommodation but even that was a nice walk and very much needed to burn off copious amounts of Gambas Pil Pil!

Hearts and Home is a perfect place to stay. Located just a short walk outside Mijas Pueblo, you have the best of both worlds -a breathtaking view over the Mediterranean from the terrace to read a book or enjoy a glass of wine, yet close to the village and just a ten minute drive or so to the beaches on the coast. The host An and her staff are warm and make you feel at home as soon as you arrive. Her attention to detail re the decor, the room layouts and helping guests enjoy their stay is top notch. The breakfast is absolutely delicious. There was a menu of thoughtfully prepared items to choose from as well as a beautifully arranged breakfast bar with fresh fruit, yogurt and healthy toppings including An’s homemade granola and of course fresh squeezed orange juice. An and her staff have created a wonderful place to stay for a few days. You won’t want to miss it!

An's attention to detail is second to none. A haven within walking distance of the very beautiful town Mijas and short (and reasonable) uber ride to the beach. The beds were incredibly comfortable (really important for a short stay) and I haven't had a better breakfast anywhere ... add to that the view = perfection! An was so accommodating and a joy to talk to. It's clear she has put her heart and soul into the property and we would go back in a heartbeat!

This place is just perfect. The host is very welcoming and the staff were fantastic as well. The view is breathtaking, breakfast is out of this world. If you are a drinker, there is variety of spirits to choose from. A real enjoyable stay! You will not be disappointed!
