Mambo Hill Resort

+ tolle Aussicht (!!!) + toller Balkon + super freundliches Personal + super süß gestaltete Zimmer + guter Pool (sehr lang & daher auch zum Schwimmen geeignet) + direkter Zugang von den Zimmern aus + es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttle runter zum Strand (zum Mambo Beach Resort) + gegen eine Gebühr (ca. 5 Euro) ist auch Abholung vom Hafen möglich

- Im Hotel-Restaurant gibt es nur Cola, Wasser & Bier - Schade!! Wir hätten uns die Zeit bis zum Check In gern mit einem Kaffee oder frischgepressten Saft vertrieben (zum Frühstück/gleiche Location gibt's das eigentlich). - Die Treppen runter zum Pool sind SEHR steil & dazu rutschig, sobald sie einmal nass sind! - Das Badezimmer hat nach außen hin eine Öffnung (mit Mückengitter) & daher sehr schwül/heiß - vor allem nach dem Duschen. Einmal kam ein sehr übelriechender Geruch aus dem Abfluss - dieser hat sich aber schnell wieder gelegt - Kein Roller-Verleih direkt am Hotel! -> Option: Shuttle runter zum Mambo Beach Resort nehmen, dort gegenüber ist direkt ein guter Verleih! ---- Alles in allem ist die Kritik aber wirklich minimal! Deshalb 10/10 Sterne!

Nous avons trouvé l’hôtel un peu chère , pas très propre dans sa globalité (chambre) , le personnel n’était pas chaleureux comparé à d’autres établissement que nous avons pu faire

Een echt botique hotel. Prachtige kamer met mooie details in het houtsnijwerk. Prachtig uitzicht vanuit de kamer en het zwembad. Leuk dat er een toilettasje met basisartiekelen op de kamer klaar lag. Ik zou hier zeker terug komen maar dan wel de kamer op de bovenverdieping nemen. Of naar de andere locatie, Mambo Beach Resort, gaan. Dat zag er ook erg leuk uit en ligt direct aan het strand.

Zoals al vaker genoemd in de reviews is de kamer gehorig, aangezien alles inclusief de vloer van hout is. Wij zaten op de benedenverdieping en de laatste (3e) ochtend hadden wij veel last van onze nieuwe bovenburen die al om 6 uur druk door hun kamer aan het lopen waren, dit duurde meer dan een uur! Dit terwijl wij de andere 2 dagen geen last hadden van onze bovenburen. Ik denk dat het goed is dat de receptie benadrukt dat als men op de bovenverdieping zit men rekening moet houden met de onderburen. En zeker niet 's ochtends vroeg veel lawaai moet maken, hard door de kamer lopen (met schoenen aan).

The resort is beautiful, well maintained and very clean. I was impressed that we were secluded from the surrounding area with gorgeous views. The rooms were very comfortable and uniquely luxurious. The patio was comfortable and the pool right outside the room was a treat. We also appreciated the shuttle between the Mambo Hill Resort and the Mambo Dive Resort. The Dive Resort gave us more activities and experiences while the Hill Resort is much more secluded (which we truly appreciated). We did a boat trip from the Dive Resort to swim with the Manta Rays and snorkel the coral reefs. This was a highlight of our 3-week Eastern Asia trip and I highly recommend. Additionally, the staff at both resorts were very attentive and kind.

The resort is surrounded by property that is unkempt and trashy. Although we could conveniently walk to a local convenience store (bring cash!), it was not the environment I felt comfortable in. Additionally, there are no restaurants nearby except for the one at the resort. To go to alternative restaurants required a shuttle and many restaurants were shuttered. Moreover, we didn't love the Mambo restaurants. They were adequate, but nothing special. Staying at just the Mambo Hill Resort was relaxing but had little to do getting boring in a very short amount of time. THE BIGGEST ISSUE IS THAT THERE IS A BREECH IN BOOKING.COM AND/OR MAMBO SECURITY. MY BOOKING WAS ACCESSED BY SCAMMERS AND I HAD AN ADDITIONAL $500 CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD THAT TOOK A LOT TO DISPUTE. DO NOT RESPOND TO ANY WHATSAPP MESSAGES FROM BOOKING.COM OR MAMBO.

Es una de las habitaciones más bonitas que he visto!!!!, tiene unos detalles dignos de un hotel de 5 estrellas, la verdad que repetiría sin dudarlo y lo aconsejaré a quien venga a Nusa Penida

Las habitaciones súper decoradas y con todos los detalles que puedas imaginar, neceser con infinidad de productos, incluso gafas de sol, y por supuesto el acceso directo a la piscina infinita desde unas escaleras si te alojas en el piso superior, el balcón con dos camas balinesas y toldos laterales y frontal

There wee two perfect factors : location ( the view was stunning) and swimming pool where I could make a normal training

The staff were all very kind and helpful. Amazing service. The food at the restaurant was some of the best we have had in Indonesia. Highly recommend!

Friendly and helpful staff! Enjoyed the pool. Shuttle was awesome.

The footsteps upstairs are too noisy.
