Beautiful property! Wonderful staff! 10 out of 10 will stay here again!!

We stay in the 101 room and the building design is like you have your own pool which is shared tho. The staffs are sweet and smiling all the time. They even prepare the thoughtful and useful gift which contains all we need in Bali and we love it so so so much 🧡 I wanna say the breakfast is the best part but the schedule of shuttle service is also impressive. Everything is wonderful here!

We were very happy we chose this hotel. It was really lovely in every way! The hotel is much prettier than pictures shown, what a wonderful surprise!

Loved the pool and the view! Rooms were really well designed and had everything you needed - including universal plugs! Breakfast was nice and good variety. Cute little welcome back of toiletries provided also.

No beach/pool towels provided. Also found the staff on reception not overly knowledgeable or helpful which was a bit frustrating. The advertised shuttle was not as flexible as we expected which was a bit disappointing.

Location was great, not to far outside the restaurant/beach strip and far enough away for a great veiw over the island and across to Bali and mount Agung in the distance. French toast was yum.

Coffee could be better, not sure on the style its made in but there was a sludge of coffee grinds at the bottom of the cup.

Beautiful architecture and stunning carving makes for wonderful rooms opening straight onto the pool and the views

The bathrooms are tired and need freshening up. Also be warned this is a wooden structure, noise carries

Very good view and friendly staff, room is clean. Food is average . They can provide the private taxi so it saved our energy yo search by ourselves.

Price is dropped .. Full of greens but too many reptilians… I would say it’s because of the natural environment but they are even in the swimming pool till next day some one clean them from the pool, so I’m not using the pool cos I have to check out at the next day. And the smell of our washroom is too strong till comes inside the room , but reception sent staff twice to fix this issue. And washroom too hot without any air conditioner or fan.
