The grounds are well manicured.

The building is old. There gaps in the balcony door and where the roof meets the walls where mosquitoes can get in - there is a mosquito net over the bed. There is a nice bathtub that would be good for a hot soak except there's only enough hot water to put about 10 cm in it.

The view was STUNNING. The pool had some issues but the staff were diligent at cleaning it and keeping it swimmable. The staff were lovely and kind, however sometimes struggled with English. The breakfast was plentiful and varied we stayed 5 days and did not have a repeated breakfast.

We did have some power issues, we lost power 3 times. We worked out we couldn't have the aircon on if the pool filter was also on. The staff adjusted and only put it on when we were not in the room. There are clearly animals and bugs in the room, it is an open room so it's expected. However we did have lots of little brown eggs(?) maybe, that fell from the roof on occasion. Nothing a small sweep couldn't fix. The PowerPoints are far away from the bed which is inconvenient, but manageable. The fridge is also tricky to open as it sits under the TV cabinet.

Cadec service was very good!!! The calm and the views make this place an amazing spot to be in Bali

Het personeel was niet altijd aanwezig bij de receptie. Het zwembad daar dreef chloor in, achteraf bleek dat het 1 dag ervoor nog heel groen was en je niet mocht zwemmen.. Het ontbijt was koud en viel niet in onze smaak (gekookte aardappelen en spaghetti). De kamer schoonmaken bestond volgensmij alleen uit het bed opmaken en vegen. De badkamer was niet naar gekeken. Al met al prima voor een overnachting maar als het meer bijgehouden wordt kan het beter worden.

Big quiet room with comfy bed and good wifi air-conditioning and fridge. Great chill vibe overall. Lovely view of gardens and koi pond. Lovely pool with awesome view. The staff were amazing. Let me know that I could get to nusa penida from Kusamba without going to sanur and gave me a transfer from the hotel. Great location, there are maybe 20 restos in walking distance, also close to town and attractions like silver workshops and waterfalls. I just loved my time in sidemen.

Bathroom could use updating but it was functional.

Lamentablemente, mi experiencia en este hotel no fue satisfactoria. Las fotografías que aparecen en la página web no reflejan la realidad, ya que las instalaciones resultan ser mucho más antiguas, rústicas y descuidadas de lo que se muestra. El lugar no cumple con las expectativas generadas y deja bastante que desear. Considero que sería importante una renovación general. No recomendaría este alojamiento en su estado actual. ⸻ In English: Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was not satisfactory. The photos shown online do not reflect reality, as the facilities are much older, rustic, and poorly maintained compared to what is advertised. The property does not meet the expectations created and leaves much to be desired. A general renovation would be highly recommended. I would not suggest staying here in its current condition.

The staff were so kind and looked after us so well. Breakfast was delicious. The room was beautiful, very clean and spacious with a gorgeous view.

Nothing, it was all perfect

Location and the pool was acceptable

Toilet stank, no hot water first night, shower and toilet leaked, fridge leaked, pillows had a damp odour and an animal was scratching on the roof. We requested a different room and were moved downstairs 2nd night. Toilet still stank, shower and sink leaked, no sound proofing so heard loud movement above at 6am in the morning. 3rd night, there were animals in the ceiling loud screeching and running around throughout the night. Booking.com advertised a restaurant and coffee shop which was not true, not even anyway to but a drink. For $110 AUD a night it was very poor and if we had not prepaid we would left after the first night, extremely dissatisfied and I am seeking a refund.
