The manager was lovely. View was lovely and good location to walk down the hill to restuarants

Very aged and in need of some love. Only breakfast available from The restuarant. No other meals

This hotel has a bit of an old world ambience. If you are looking for something modern and new it is probably not for you but we enjoyed our stay. Location is great, room was clean and tidy with plenty of space and the staff tried to make our stay enjoyable.

The hotel facilities and gardens are run down a bit and it could do with a refresh. Staff tried hard but there was some times with miscommunication and did not understand our needs at time eg we were not told that breakfast was included when we checked in. It is a bit overpriced for what it is.

Breakfast was wonderful, I am vegetarian and the staff asked me the night before what I wanted. They went to the market first thing in the morning and then served the requested fruit fresh for breakfast. I was there for 6 nights and the staff were really kind.

The accommodation could do with a feminine touch and some refurbishment

Poor condition, need to maintain the facilities. It is old building very outdated and expensive for what it is.

No water. Very poor value for money.

Lovely hotel with great views. Staff went above and beyond to help. Breakfast was unique and very nice.

Off the beaten track, still traditional Bali life can be experienced,bought weaving from a local woman whom I watched working her loom. Incredible amount of time she took with her craft. Hotel was clean and tidy, and great effort was made to make sure we had everything we needed. Swimming pool has an infinity drop off ledge with lush bush scenery in background under the watchful eye of Mt Agung,volcano. Beautiful people and just lovely after a hectic week in Legian. Hotel very close to restaurants.

This hotel is not wheelchair friendly.

Hôtel mal entretenu, délabré, pas d'eau chaude, bien trop cher par rapport à ce qu'il est en réalité, ma plus mauvaise expérience à Bali !
