Massive pool, staff eager to help, food ok. If on foot limited other places to eat at & no ATMs or money changers so take cash. Walking distance to waterfalls, but hard to find them. Google maps don't help & the villagers who are all super friendly, often couldn't read so Google translate didn't help (& we speak limited Indonesian...& they are likewise for English). Hotel is clean but bathroom was not Western level clean. Good spot if you want to wander rice terraces & see some waterfalls & some of how the locals live, without foregoing some Western comforts like a/c.

When we pulled up it looked like a construction zone I honestly didn’t think we were at the right place. It was Ramadan and the loud speakers were on full blast all night long and the staff were having a party in the restaurant/rec room right beside our room singing with microphones and playing drums and electric guitars so we didn’t sleep at all, we were also the only guests at the resort. Staff were sleeping everywhere because of Ramadan which I get but it looks unprofessional. We ended up leaving after night one of what was supposed to be a 3 night stay and asked for a refund from hotels.com and never even heard back. The one staff member, was a young boy and he was very polite and tried to make us comfortable so we really appreciated him but we couldn’t stay the whole reservation

Nice n cooling village resort .. excellent staff service n assurance that I have a nice stay. staff is very flexible, polite n helpful .. hotel is expanding and knocking here and there but that doesn't bother me because I'm mostly out in the day time . Manage to talk to the owner who are very friendly . Walking around to talk to guests . Excellent job by Mr Gus from reception . Thank you by making my stay there so worth it .

El establecimiento está descuidado, dista mucho de lo que se muestra en las fotos. El servicio es pobre, no te hacen la habitación ni limpian los platos y vasos sucios de áreas comunes. El desayuno es básico y sin sabor. El personal te ofrece hacer excursiones por el pueblo, te dicen al inicio que es a cambio de una propina y luego intentan estafarte pidiendo una cuota por hora de servicio. Evitarlo a toda costa.
