Great social area and restaurant, rooms were clean and beds were comfy.

Everything was nice. Clean hygenic spacious

There were minor issues like my lights in washroom didn't work.Hot water issues.

I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at Madpackers. The staff behavior was highly unprofessional and, at times, outright rude. Instead of being helpful or welcoming, they seemed dismissive and uninterested in resolving guest concerns. What made the experience worse was the atmosphere created by the staff. There were instances where false rumors and gossip about guests were being spread, which felt extremely inappropriate and invasive. This kind of behavior made the environment feel unsafe and uncomfortable rather than relaxed and friendly. The facilities were also not up to the mark. Cleanliness and maintenance need serious improvement, and some of the promised amenities were either unavailable or not functioning properly. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. A place that disrespects guest privacy and comfort like this is not worth the time or money, especially when there are much better and more professional options available.

After seeing the rooms, I decided not to stay even though I had already paid. The beds were very low and the room was very small. I can say it was not as it looked in the photos

Safe for solo female travellers.. Whole environment is very well!
