Clean and nicely done rooms

The location is far from everything and gets dark and scary after sunset. You won't feel safe going out after dark. The view from the room is extremely underwhelming, the window faces a wall. The room description mentions heating included, but we were charged INR 600 for 2 hours of heating. They didn't turn on the heater before 7PM even though we agreed to pay extra. The staff was unwelcoming, when we tried to reach out to the owner over WhatsApp, he stopped responding.

We stayed here for 7 nights and it was just very nice experience. The family and staff are very helpful. The location is perfect for travel. Adil fed us amazing food very day, and he took care for our every need. Amazing person, thanks Adil! Irfan was our driver for 8 days, arranged by the owner. Again very nice guy, took us to unpopular places as-well. Please hire Irfan for your travel.

Infrastructure of the property. Cleanliness and staff. One of the lady who was on reception were very kind and polite.Owner of the property were very helpful.

I had the pleasure of staying at Moustache, Srinagar, for 6 nights and 7 days, and it was one of the most memorable experiences of my solo travels. The staff and the owner were incredibly hospitable and genuinely caring. From the moment I arrived, they went out of their way to ensure I felt comfortable and at home. As a solo female traveler, I felt exceptionally safe and respected throughout my stay. The team’s thoughtful approach and attentiveness truly stood out—they provided utmost care and ensured I was always comfortable, which made my experience even more special. The property itself is well-maintained, cozy, and perfectly located to enjoy the serene beauty of Srinagar. Every detail, from the clean and welcoming rooms to the overall atmosphere, added to the charm of the stay. I highly recommend Moustache in Srinagar to anyone, especially solo travelers, seeking a warm, safe, and memorable experience. A huge thank you to the staff and owner for making my trip unforgettable!

Nothing really. I mean it top of a hill so nothing high expectations .

It has a very Kashmiri vibe.

The amenities to price is very bad not suitable for a family at all. Heaters are small and ineffective , place looks ntng like in the pictures and the location was the worst.

Don't deal with mr altaf for texi nd other products....he takes her commission in everything...this is my practical experience....he is not a professional man ......he can do anything for his profit nd commission... Forgein guest avoid this property.... because he charge 5 time more

When I came first day....feel like a great family...but the nature nd thought of me Altaf is so bad....I stayed there approx 28 days...nd I clear my payment after every 7 nd 8 days ...I clearly say to mr Altaf about if....but they behave like immature person.... In simple word ....mene bahut bar notice Kiya mr Altaf aadil ka face rakhar target karte hai....taki vo khud safe rahe ....but seriously enka target bs Etna hota ...focus on profit.... Last time mene enko clear bola sir mein ab next payment checkout kai ek din phle dunga....he said ok ...and after ..he saw her bad version jo actually hai .... Mene phli esi proper dekho kha malik bolta hai ask to my servant I don't know about system 😂😂😂😂........ Last bolu ...yha mene bahut time bitaya ....but when I see tha real nature of this man ....I feel guilty...ye bat mein he decides her commission like texi, kesar, and every product.... Kuch din phle ek russian ladki kai sath nd kuch other boys k sath bhi esa hi misbehave huva ... Russian girls said to me ..Altaf charged 5 time more than actual price ..... Plz check the bill carefully... specially jo mr altaf bnate hai...kyuki this man is not honest.... Different different charges for different customers....
